Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms govern the use of Frontcall, a lead management and phone prospecting application accessible at frontcall.io. By accessing or using Frontcall, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the service.

2. Registration and account

Registration is free. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any unauthorized use must be reported to us immediately.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan is limited to 30 leads. The Pro plan, billed monthly via Stripe, unlocks unlimited features. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User responsibilities and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

You agree to use Frontcall in compliance with all applicable laws, including regulations on commercial prospecting (GDPR, rules on telephone solicitation). You are solely responsible for the lead data you import and for all prospecting activities conducted through the service.

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Importing or processing data obtained in violation of applicable data protection laws
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure
• Using the service to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract the underlying source code of the platform

5. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times, without guaranteeing continuity. Maintenance may temporarily interrupt the service.

6. Intellectual property

The lead data you import and the call notes you create remain your property at all times. You can export your data at any time via the CSV export feature.

The Frontcall platform, including its interface, analytics engine, calling session workflow, and underlying code, remains the exclusive property of Frontcall. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform itself.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frontcall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
